This online programme was born out of my Work of HeArt, my bestselling book, The Art of Contribution. Against the odds, I pursued a subject that fascinated me and in my explorations and through my writing and the sharing of my musings with my community, I was reminded of who I am.
Now, in turn, this 7-week programme will help you to remember who you are at your core by giving you the opportunity to Explore, Expand and Evolve your unique HeArtwork.

Here's a reminder of the programme's aims:
Each week we will shine a light on the different components that create the magic of our existence.
Week 1 - Commence: laying the foundations of deeper understanding.
Week 2 - Commit: getting a fire in your belly to help you move past the fear.
Week 3 - Contribute: receiving clarity on where you are compromising yourself.
Week 4 - Connect: increasing your connection to yourself and others.
Week 5 - Create: producing from a place of creative flow.
Week 6 - Communicate: gaining the courage to start showing up authentically, without apology.
Week 7 - Conclude: contemplating on both your wins and next steps.
On average you will be looking at no more than 10 minutes a day. You can, of course, choose to follow this programme in your own time and at your own pace. Whatever you decide, the best results will come from a commitment to immerse yourself fully in the programme. A commitment to this programme is, after all, nothing more than a commitment to your higher Self!
